Ew...not white or black at all. Black shoes look kinda gross with white bottoms, and they don't always work with brown clothes either.And white shoes - unless you're talking about running shoes...no way!!
The best colour of shoes to go with any outfit (if there is one) would definitely be tan.....not brown, but tan.

You want to put matches in your shoes? That doesn't sound like a good idea to me. But what does color have to do with that?

Khaki or black. If you're wearing dark colors, so with black. If you're wearing pastels go with khaki colored. Good Luck!
