I Have these pink flowers in my rented yard and have no idea what they are. There are no leaves...just a tall stalk that resembels the color of rhubarb when it stasrt turning pink. There are 5 to 6 flowers at the top of the stem that resemble the flower from an easter lilly only they are pink with purple tips. They have the most wonderful smell. Please help me.

It sounds like a "surprise lily" to me. If it wasn't there and then you notice this stalk coming up with a fast growth rate, it probably is a "surprise lily".
