So I have been training for basketball and i've been playing outside alot w/ a dimpled outdoor ball. It seems like the ridges in my fingers, like the fingerprint lines are getting cut, kind of like a paper cut, just along the lines, very easily.

Why does this happen?-is it the ball that does this?(also remember, i sit sometimes for 10 min. just dribbling)

Will i grow calluses and make these cuts more rare?

Is there anyway to help these heal faster?-b/c it is really hard to play basketball, musical instruments, and even type with them.

Also, does this happen to anyone else?

If i play indoor w/ a smooth indoor ball, will this also occur?

thanks! pls. try to answer all the questions if you can! :D

i used to go to this basketball camp and they gave us these crappy baalls to use while we were there and everyone at the camp had the cuts you're talkin about. its nothing to worry about the next week the cuts healed and callusess replaced them.it only happens on balls that have pretty rough "dimples"

you could, if then basketballer is a HIV provider yet dont complication, the possibilities are high one in a million, get an antiseptic to your blister, it would finally end up being a "Queen Blister" or a "King Blister" and the "Jester Blister" would be guffawing to the lavatory....hahahahahahahaha!
