I like some of the older black female singers like Aretha Franklin and Patti Labelle too, but I only know so much of it. Patti Smith is an easy number 1 for me. Because the Night and Rock n' Roll ****-er, you just can't get much better than that stuff! I swear Rn'R *** is one my favorite songs of all time! Amazing tune!!!
