I think that a person's beauty comes from what is in their soul. Who they really are. And that then is where ugliness comes from. Being a hateful person who is rude and mean to the world is ugly. If you see a man caring a crapload of stuff and he's trying to get into a door and you don't do anything just because "you don't care about him" you're ugly. If you don't love anyone except for yourself then you're ugly. If you are judgemental, shallow, and cruel to people who aren't externally attractive because of how they look then you're ugly. But if you care about people, are loving, nice, kind, treat people better than you'd treat yourself, and hold a door open for someone even when you don't have time to then you're beautiful.

Being promiscuous, pouting, making frowning faces, jealousy, envy, gossip, sloth, being cruel, cheating on a test, talking behind someone's back, yelling, calling a person bad names, showing too much of a person's body, not being humble, cheating on a spouse, or mate, lying, not respecting one's parents, not working or being involved in gainful employment, greed, cursing, hurting a child, arrogance, ungodliness, and many more traits..that makes a person ugly..very ugly.

there is a mathematical formula to "beauty"... I don't remember what it is, but basically everything on the face has to be symmetrical. The less symmetrical, the less attractive.
