like freewebs but i have tried mysite \\ 50megs\\ and a bunch of others, still nothing buti m lookign for sumfin that lets me sue my own layout k?

Freewebs will let you use your own layouts if you know how to do html. They are by far the best free host out here, if you not looking to be bombard with ads across your page. Geocities is also good.
