I am a 31 yr old woman and cant believe I am answering this but I can NOT stand that Lindsay chic! I think Hillary is much more attractive and classy!

I would guess younger preteens/teens will say Duff. But, for me, I wish Duff had mastered singing or acting before moving on to the next level. I don't think she's good at either.
I don't think Lohan can really sing, but, I do like her in movies. She's mastered acting :)

I love Hialry Duff!!! She's my favorite singer and actress. I don't really like Lindsay Lohan. I like some of her movies, but I think she doesn't represent some good stuff. Like, she dresses showing a lot of skin sometimes.

i like both of them for different reasons. Hilary Duff is hot in music and LIndsay Lohan is OK with music. But Lindsay Lohan have really cool acessories like her tattoes. I love them don't you? But for acting I like both of them. Sometimes i even think both of them should act in one movie together like sisters or something like that.

Having young neices who look up to famous 'teenagers' - i would go with Hillary Duff - she seems to stay out of trouble more than Lindsay who has become the poster child for underage drinking these days. They are both pretty, just Hillary seems a bit more mature.
