I want to play mobile files on my computer?

I downloaded a bunch of mobile games with extentions .sis
How can i play them/convert them

I have never done it but this look promising.

If you download the SDK from the following website I believe it will allow you to run .sis files. Then all you need to do is transfer the .sis files on your pc.
