The only way to stop a tornado that is a proven fact is detonte a Nuke near it. The blast should kill it right on the spot.

There is nothing that you could do to stop it, but if your objective here is to save yourself and your house, I might suggest blowing air against its roof - enough air to make its positive pressure exceed the tornado's negative pressure, keeping your house down.
