im under a lot of stress right now and it seems to be blinding up and i cant take it anymore can you give me advice on what i can do

tell someone what's stressing you out so much, sometimes it helps alot, or go out and do something that you enjoy the most......

That question is hard to answer. It all depends, if you are a large family living in crammped condions, that can be stressful and the same goes for at work, very little room too much work and too many people. What's the social environment like and whether or not others are giving you a hard time with communication.

Best to talk with a perfessional about these matters.

Meditate... Just put on some mellow music that will calm you down, close your eyes and just sit (or lie down) for 15 or so minutes... Try to clear your mind of all the things that are stressing you, just listen to the music and enjoy this time that you have put aside for yourself.
I also find that it helps to make a "to-do list" or a plan on how to handle the factors causing the stress.

Love is a lasting forever thing. So take your time. and no rush. Boys look at 2 things, prettiness and good personality. You know what pretty is. Good personality is the way u act and speak and how u behave yourself, also how u conduct yourself. They often look for good qualities. This is quite a tough area to improve. In other words, if they like u, means they really like u. If not, then maybe there's still a chance u can improve. All the best to u.

What did you do for fun before you encountered all of this stress, most would say they just work and that's it but everyone has something that they enjoy. If you have time off, take it, no matter if it puts you behind at work it's better than feeling like you can't take it anymore. I bike, but that might just work for me, you just need to do what you enjoy.

Yes listen to some music and take some time alone to relax. Go to a place that you find relaxing or work out! Just take time to slow down and don't try to figure out everything at once!
Make a lists of priority's and tell yourself you will work on one thing at a time!
Also make sure to not take on more that you can handle and good luck!

close your eyes and take a deep breath....after a minute or so open your eyes..try to prioritize which problem needs a quick solution...Remeber every problem has a solution you just have to have faith....for sure at the end of the day you will able to look for the answers...t.c. and i'm praying for you...goodluck!!!smile...
