i say age
because every bithday will cause u 2 b 1 year older no matter who u r or how u look at it...u may not get presents u may not have fun but u will b 1 year older
and maybe ur parents for the other one

Depends on the birthday...if you're talking like a kids birthday..balloons..clowns...if you're talking 16th..cars..licences...if 21..drinking...blacking out...if you're talking older...lying about your age and regret, balloons...clowns...drinking...cars (sports cars)...licences...middle age crises...surviving for the next one...stupid cliches.
