I assume you mean defective. Take them back to the store where you purchased them. DUH!

IF YOU HAVE THE RECEIPT AND THE BOX....RETURN TO STORE WHERE PURCHASED........IF THIS FAILS....WRAP THE SNEAKS IN THEIR ORIGINAL BOX AND ... IN SHIPPING PAPER AND WRITE A LETTER TO NIKE MAIN OFFICE CORPORATE LEVEL..... THE ADDRESS IS USUALLY ON THE BOX SOMEWHERE....IF NOT LOOK IT UP ON GOOGLE.....SEND THEM....YOULL GET A RESPONSE OR A CERTIF FOR A NEW PAIR...AND WELL YOU SHOULD!
