If you are just trying to lose weight for the date you can do the cabbage soup diet. You will lose a tremendous amount of weight in ten days! However, it will mostly be water weight therefore the weight will begin to come back after a month or two if you don't stay on the diet or use the principles of the diet sporadically.
This diet is specifically used by people who need to lose weight rapidly in a short amount of time. You can research what the diet entails on-line.

Depends on the treats, what you put in your body is directly effecting what you look like physically. BUT this is terrible, however if you only have less than two weeks now LISTEN TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A quick fix is... Stop right now eating red meat and any starchy food. Eat frequent small meals.ie fruit veggies chicken & tuna. Drink water like their is no tomorrow!!! If you don't already excersize go for allot of walks, and when you get back while your body is warm do your situps and push ups. If you do excersize use more weights ie five pounds while you are on the ball doing crunches; and do your cardio with intence bouts periodically, it doesn't even have to be in perfect intervals for example your favorite song comes on and "giver". Most of all Super IMPORTANT 3 - 4 days before... NO COFFEE, NO SODA, NO ALCOHOLE, NO Salty or Sweet food as all of theese will dehiderate and bloat your belly! By the way did I say " DRINK WATER LIKE THEIR IS NO TOMMOROW" ALSO WHEN ADDING YOUR EXERSIZE THE WEEK BEFORE THE DATE!!! DO SO BEFORE BREAK FAST IT'LL BURN OFF EXTRA FAT!!

Exercise, just bike, run, rent a dance video and have fun! Or hit the gym with some friends and make a fun day out of it! Go to lunch and get someting lite. Eat lots of fruits and veggies, plus fish is lite and great for you! If your not a seafood person that's fine! There are plenty of things to eat that aren't heavy. Most importnt if you know you'll feel guilty about eating something just pick a healthy snack instead. Good breakfast items are eggs, healthy cereals like Specail K or Cheerios, or an energy bar. Not a cereal bar though, they are jam packed with sugar and junk! Turky sandwhiches on wheat bread are great, with some carrots you'll be set! Dinner have some rotisserie chicken and broccoli. For snacks eat fruits and veggies plus oatmeal yogurt and other healthy things! Exercising does not have to be tiring. Go for a walk and listen to music with a bottle of water and bring a friend! Or take your bike, skateboard, rollerblades or scooter whatever you like! Youll be set if you do! Just DON'T go on a CRAZY CRASH DIET! You'll end up getting real sick.You seem sensible and i'm sure you wouldn't make a terrible mistake like that! Have a GREAT time on your date, and don't think about your weight durring it! Good luck!

its hard to say how much you will lose in 10 days. but in my experience its not really what you eat but how much you eat. don't eat til you are full just enough to make the hungry go away. yes it you will feel hungry more often during the day but lite fat free and low carb snacks will help you make it to meal time. sit ups will help tone up the belly the more you can do the better. also whach what you drink sodas like pepsi or coke can realy put on some pounds. if you are looking for a diet pill that works try zantrex 3. good luck with your date!!

I eckon that in 10 days, with just healthy meals three times a day and lots of water, you should be able to shift about 10 pounds but no treats and no alcohol.

I used to try all different diet method, went through some diet program. It was just temporary. I gained weight back, and made me unhealthy.
I can’t express in word how I had been through with diet problem.
I thought I was going to just give up, but I tried a diet product called, Metablock (nyaloe.com), and exercised.
It made me feel so light, and supported my liver and stomach function.
After my body turned out to be much healthier, then the weight stared decreasing.
I recommend this product so much to my friends and also to those who suffer from diet.

The first pounds are usually water weight. Maybe up to 5 lbs. After that, 1-3lbs a week is a healthy weight loss. Too much too fast doesn't stay off.

eat slower and stop when ur full. only eat when ur hungry and dont starve ursel. dry body brushin b4 shower every mornin helps tone and get rid of any orange peel. then go sauna for a bit b4 exercise 2 remove water weight prior 2 exercise so when u do start the sweating u'll burn off the fat and calories straight awa instead of wastein energy on the water weight! it worked 4 me, 4 more long term weight loss read paul mkennas books or listen 2 his cds on comfort eating etc

It all depends how much overweight you are on the amount you will lose, stick to a diet if you are only a little overweight you could manage 2 pounds

try the three times aday diary diet, you have to drink milk 3 times a day or eat yogurt 3 times a day, or eat cheese three times a day and excercise for 45 minutes a day.
