I want to block personal people from sending me e-mail to my person e-mail box, it is not a yahoo box. How do i do this?

There's no way to totally "block" e-mails. You have to filter them out as far as I know. Check out Thunderbird which has a very good 'learning' filter.

If it Outlook Express then go to messages and see drop down list see block sender open it and type the name of the person you don't want to received e-mails from.
