They can stay there, however you will probably have stains where they leech out their color. If you can live with a stain, leave them. They also might crumble at bit after being left in the pool for that length of time in chlorinated water. I am just a homeowner that is guessing this information. You might want to ask a professional.

You have a pool.After all the hard work all summer and the the expence of the the pool,I cant even believe you would want to leave bricks in it for the winter.
Just get the bricks out of the pool.
This is a no brainer.
Just be appreciative that you have a pool and can afford one.

I think I'd grab those. There is a chance they might discolor or cause some damage to the plaster coat.

It won't hard the bricks, but they can stain your tile very badly and sometimes it won't come off.

"dropped two house bricks" as in you shitted a coupla turds into the pool?

if so, no! clean it up, that's pretty nasty.
