Most downloads on the internet are illegal. But I have payed money for a wonderful service, MP3 Rocket. It's a wonderful mp3 and wma downloader, and it has pretty much any song for download. There are no per-song fees, but you may have to pay a monthly fee if you select that option.

Limewire... Be very very careful using it. Any worm, virus or bug can come through with any download.
