we do in my family. my mom calls my dad's brother's wife her sis-in-law, maybe its not technically right. hmm, i was thinking really the wife of yr spouse's brother isn't yr sis-in-law because the wife isn't the brother's sister, its his wife so really she's yr wife in law.
