Most people under the age of 18 don't have the ability to engage the legal system, although it has been done before.
Part of the problem, in my opinion, is that there isn't much law in this area and it may be that you might have to win the right to sue first depending on the nature of the suit and whether there have been previous rulings.
There was that boy who was adopted by the Utah family. He was a party to the case which involved terminating his mother's parental rights. She had lost temporary custody to the state and she complied with social services requirements but lost permanent custody anyway.
By the way, I don't have legal training.

Generally not, though the laws vary by state. Most in-family activities, especially with minor children, are covered by special tort immunities.
But if you really want to know, consult a licensed attorney.

you have to emancipate yourself first, much like gary colman did and a few other actors they first had to prove they could be self sufficient and be able to take on life as an adult. once done you can sue them but depending on your state laws you are their ward and they are to be in control of you in your best intrest. and you might as well be sueing yourself which makes no sense.

You have to get the court to emancipate you or allow you to divorce your parents. Both have happened before.
Good Luck.
I wish my kids would divorce me! They're too snotty and expensive. LOL

Keep meticulous records, collect evidence always. When you are 18 you can sue.

The court will have to appoint a guardian for you (because your parents can't ethically represent you against themselves).

WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO SUE THEIR PARENTS UNLESS THE PARENTS REALLY ABUSE THEM. IF IT IS OVER SOMETHING MINOR JUST REMEMBER WHO FED AND CLOTHED YOU SINCE THE DAY OF CONCEPTION.
