The ants have a few nests in the grass as well as in the garden beds. I'm looking for a natural way so I don't poison the dog at the same time as trying to kill the ants. Please urgent help required!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A Yahoo search for "organic pest control" (include the quotation marks in the search box) yields 170,000 results. If you do the same search, and are willing to spend a little time exploring, I'm sure that you will quickly find the information you seek. The first page has several sites with species specific solutions to your problem.

Good luck with your search.

try covering the ants and their nests with plain flour . they will not walk over anything which sticks to their legs which are covered with minute hairs and the flour will stick to them .they also have a sticky substance on their legs .
