or anything that depresses you, cuz I know some people don't really let some songs get to them that much, therfore they don't cry... but I know everybody has at least one song that makes them sad, (with a reason please).... so let it out, I'm all ears for ya!
btw, mine is Seize The Day by Avenged Sevenfold... it makes me hink of all that time I could've spent with loved ones when they were still around.
Thanks In Advanced, and Have a Great rest of your night/day or whatever time zone you're in! ☺
oh, and it doesn't have to modern day, just anything.... I kinda want to get as meany answers as I can....(school purposes, lol)

Well, it doesn't bring me to tears, but it makes me remember my past. It's "Did you ever love somebody?" by Jessica Simpson from Dawson's Creek. The lyrics of the song I related to totally because it was exactly what I was going through at the time with a friend. So anytime I hear that song, it makes me think of him and what could have been.

"Stairway to Heaven" by led zepplin. Everytime i hear it, i begin to cry, and it is hard to explain why. It is such a great song, almost nothing can compare, but the lyrics and tune, they just speak to me. I usually think of how my past was bad, and not the good things, makes me think of what was happening in my household when i was growing up, and how i never knew of it.
EDIT: I just found another. "Mama Said" by Metallica. I am in college and if you listen to it, the song says it all

probably not ready to make nice by dixie chicks and unfaithful by rihanna. i can sing both those songs and when i do, i get these feelings that i'm gonna cry or something. i don't know why! i assume it's the lyrics though. these celebrities are so deep about their songs. which isn't a problem for anyone! but it bugs me a little.

This is an easy one: Wake me up when September Ends! By Green Day! The song was written about his father who died when he was 10 years old. I had a similar experience, so it affects me deeply.

Hoppipolla by Sigur Ros, an Icelandic band. I can't understand the lyrics, so that is how powerful it is!
