I am 37 weeks pregnant and I am having really bad dreams also. They are very vivid and I read that it is the anxiety that goes along with being pregnant.

I have a 3 month old, but when I was pregnant, I had very horrible dreams. Sometimes they were so bad I would wake up screaming. I think prenatal vitamins have a huge impact on these dreams because I took mine before bed every night. Also, your hormones are running wild, therefore this will encourage bad dreams as well. I also had a lot of dreams about my fiance cheating on me, this was because I was vulnerable and insecure. Good luck and Congrats on your precious bundle of joy!

I started having bad dreams about about 4-6 weeks. They're very vivid too. I think it's the hormones and the prenatal vitamins, which I take at night before bed. Vitamin B can make your dreams more vivid.

I had horrible vivid dreams with my first pregnancy, but none yet with my second. I hope it stays that way.
