i have a sim card but i just need a new phone

ofcourse, you can buy a new phone and still use your current simcard on it.

No when you go and purchase your phone the cashier should ask do you need a sim card or not...if so the cashier will give you one if you don't he will take the sim card out...then put your sim card in yur new phone and charge it..Don't forget you cannot do anything on you phone without your simcard, so i suggest you take the sim card offered, just incase something happends to your sim card and you need to use your phone...Hope that answers you ?

yes you can... I used to buy their phones then unlock them for use with other SIM cards in travel... I wasn't a customer of their service....
