Yes, and I would encourage anyone who doesn't like it to boycott ebay, put up an anti-ebay website, complain repeatedly, whatever. Just don't strip my rights away from me.

People should have better taste then that, but that's not up to me to determine that everyone should have the same taste as me. As long as it abides by eBay's rules and isn't illegal, then there's no way to say that they can't do it without interrupting the freedom's that we all share.

There isn't much e-bay doesn't sell. You can put in serial killers names in the search field and you will probably find something being sold relating to them. I don't think it is moral, but unless it is something illegal, yes they do have that right.
