I read the the Code...I have yet to see the film. My concern with the film is whether or not it's possible for them to clue the viewer in on all the history and detail that was in the book. I am hoping I won't be disappointed. But I always say, if there's a book, get the movie, too, because some things are more dramatized in film, and sometimes it's fair to compare the two.

The movie is a not as good as the book, but it is a good movie. You just have to pretend you never read the book while watching it.

Sweetie, I personally, will not, read the book, or see the movie. I have a strong, and grounded, faith, in God, and the only book I take as the absolute truth, is The Holy Bible. I will not, not even out of curiosity, partake, in any questioning, of the truth. I had to say that, because, I love, my , Father, God............:)

I thought the book was much better... the movie just seemed kind of cheesy and overblown to me. Tom Hanks is a terrific actor, and I loved Audrey Tatou in "Amelie" (excellent French film) but the dialogue seemed too simple for them and they really didn't get the chance to show off their talents, in my opinion.

The movie is wonderful. I thought so anyway. You should see it and judge for yourself. Before I went to see it people told me it was dumb but I liked it.
