Who do you think is the prettiest, most talented actress that is currently between 50 and 60 years old? Why?

I have several actresses that I like between the ages of 50 & 60. But I will stick to giving you the most information on. Cher is 61 years old, she was born May 20, 1946. I know it is a little more then the age you were looking for, but only by 3 1/2 months. Cher has come a long way since the "Sonny & Cher show." Cher is not only a great singer but a great actress. I find that she is versatile. She is also someone that has a free spirit and speaks her mind. Some of the movies that I liked her in were Moonstruck (which she won an Academy Award for best actress in 1988); Mask; Witches of Eastwick; Mermaid. In the 40 years of her singing and acting career Cher's won an Oscar; a Grammy; an Emmy and 3 Golden Globe Awards as well as others. In my opinion Michelle Pfieffer...born on April, 29,1958 (who is 2 years shy of being 50); and Susan Sarandon...born October 4, 1946 ( who will be 60 this Oct.); are among some of the most talented, intelligent and beautiful actresses in the movie industry. I am not limited to these 3 actresses but they do rank up on my list for the woman between the ages 50 & 60, with talent, beauty, poise, grace & intelligence. Well that's about all for now folks!!! Diane Keaton is my favorite actress between 50-60. My favorite actresses that aren't between 50-60 are Kate Beckinsale and Rachel McAdams.

I think Maggie Smith fits the age category. Thus, Maggie Smith is the most talented actress in the age category. Her roles in such movies as Harry Potter whom she played Professor McGongall was an Oscar worthy performance in my eyes.

I don't know how hold she is but - Sussan Sarandon. She is such a good actress, and she played the sick mother in "Stepmom" with Julia Roberts Really well.

EMMA THOMPSON. OK, she's 47.
Why? First, because I absolutely love her, and second because she's lovely, talented, exquisite, versatile, and a magnificent lady.
