I'm actually 6'4" and i personally have never had a friend that was shorter than 5'5" . I'm just curious if shorter people don't like taller people in general.
I seriously don't understand some people who say "Woa your tall" I feel bad for guys taller than me and girls who are 6 feet tall. What do you guys think? Whats too tall? And do short people like taller people in general or hate them!

You know I don't have a problem with tall people, just people who are tall but act little. Iam 5'5" tall and my son is 6 foot tall and I don't have a problem with him nore he with me, so what's the problem? Havent you seen the Dr. Suses show about the sneches that had stars on there chest's and the others that had none? I have ran into some very nice tall people and others that should be in non exhistance. So what's the question again? What?

I cannot answer for short people, as I am 6'0" tall. But I can guess that it is difficult for short MEN to accept their height, as they know they are abnormal, and perhaps they develop a psychological complex about it. But that's their problem to resolve; and I think most do.
I believe 6'4" is about the maximum acceptable height for MEN by our society. Much taller, and you just become TOO tall to feel safe around, or to converse with. What's TOO tall is a value question, and there is no set true answer to it. It depends on your own value system of beliefs.
I see nothing wrong with people who say "whoa, your tall". You are! It's a fact, get used to it. It doesn't mean anything. It's just stating a fact.
The only thing I don't care for regarding "tall people" is that they are hard to see around. Like when they sit in front of me at the movie theater. I always move. But not because I dislike them, rather, I just came to see the movie, instead of the back of your head.
I DO feel sorry for girls who are 6 feet tall (or more), as they are clearly too tall for their gender. (Incidentally, I used to date a woman who was also 6'0" tall, like myself. One thing that was good, was that we were "lip level" when we kissed. She got a kick out of that, and so did I. We were just joking, but it was true. And it really is easier to kiss a girl at "lip level".

I am a female, 5'8" and my best friend is 4'11". It never bothered me nor did it ever bother her. She just never really had a friend who was as tall as I was or my family (she was shocked to learn my grandmother was 5'11").
Oh, too tall, in my opinion, is about 7'11". And, as for you never being with a person shorter then 5'5", maybe it is the people you hang around with that just happened to be that height.

I used to work for a man who was 6'8, and had the name Paul. There were a few times I slipped and called him Tall instead of Paul. Oops! I didn't dislike him. I don't dislike tall men, or women, for that matter. I dislike men who are rude, arrogant, vile, perverse, and stupid, and I suppose they may or may not be tall, but height isn't the determining factor.

I love tall guys. In fact I prefer guys your height and above. I'm about 5'6"-5'7" and I hang out with anyone. Height isn't an issue when it comes to friends and aquaintences.

Short people only hate the tall people who rub it in. I'm 5'3" and i have a friend who is 6'3" but he doesn't rub it in.

The trouble is shorter people can not really look you in the eye without craning their necks, so they have trouble bonding with you

im 6 foot 8. its obvious short people hate us. Ceiling fans are killer. bathtubs are never relaxing, and airplanes are one big cramp. never mind trying to find clothes that fit. i think they hate us, because their jealous.
