How do I get verizon yahoo back into my start program?

I think what you mean is you want to put it back in your start menu.. To do that first is it on your desktop if so right click and drag it to the start menu it will pop up then just place it above the line on the left....

If it is not on the desktop you need to open up windows explorer find the folder then right click on it and click send to....select desktop... then you do the first step dragging it over to the start menu
