Libra elevates it to thinking in terms of others and partnerships. Aquarius takes it to the highest level, and thinks and communicates for the benefit of all mankind. This is just general, because everything depends on the chart. Where do you have Gemini in your chart, and where do you have Libra, and where do you have Aquarius?
