I have seen videos of this before and I cant seem to track any down now. I know that sometimes they use swords in the fight. They never actually touch eachother and they used to use it as means of practicing fighting without the authorities knowing that they were doing military type training.

It's capoeira or macumba, a brazilian martial arts dancing
form. It's movements are very artistic and quick with loud
music playing up to the tempo. It's interesting to watch when
the brazilians are performing it.

You mean CAPOEIRA? That's from Brazil, San Salvador de Baia. It's very impressive, fun and the percussion music they play to it rocks! Lots of fun.
