i have a speech i need to make, and im suppose to figure out why immigration is a crime, or illegal immigrants, how can it be? can someone give me tips?

Immigration in itself is not a crime! What is a crime is when people from other countries try and bypass the system to come to the United States! The INS has some very good laws in place to protect those who want to come here! All one has to do is apply and go through the proper channels--which may take up to 3 years to complete--and then they can be here legally! Hope this has helped you!
