I think computer and phone use should be monitored, for obvious reasons. Punctuality, productivity, work ethic, and initiative should be rewarded.

How can any aspect of your work be rewarded if it's not being monitored?
If you're doing your job well then don't worry about what's being monitored.Worry about what's NOT being monitored! It would be a shame if your best work is at a task that no one notices!

everything should be monitored. And rewards? There are rewards now?
I got an award, it was a duffle bag and a water bottle. Actually, the water bottle I used once and the duffle bag I use all the time. So it was great.
Award for hard work and good work ethic. Anything else is unreasonable.
