In general, no, because not all transcribed court proceedings are actually typed up, many are saved on tape and computer disk and only typed when a request is made for them

Probably not. Transcripts are a very difficult thing to produce, data base, etc. You can look them up in Law Journals of the specific state ... it takes about 1 1/2 - 2 years for them to be published.

maybe courttv.com....cnn, cnbc.com....many of the major news reporting agencies I believe. That or , maybe just type in the search box....how to obtain court transcripts

Not for most courts, in most cases you will have to pay a fee to get them.
