I supposed the cheapest and the quickest remedies would be either using tea bags or Cucumber slices. Green Used tea bags are good, as the contained rich anti-oxidants called catechins which can be found in grapes, chocolates and etc. They are rich anti-oxidants agent that helps reduce puffines and dark rings. Alternatively for puffiness, apply vitamin E or olive oil.
Tie some potato grates in a cloth and place over eyes for about 20 minutes. As for cucumbers, Grate a cucumber, squeeze to take out its juice and refrigerate. Make a mixture of lepiece in a 1:1 mixture of potato and cucumber juices. Put the cotton on your eyelids and keep for 20 minutes. Wash your eyes with cold water. I know it's high maintenance to keep up appearances but regardless all these treatments. Just 3 simple steps to follow, make sure that you are hydrated at all times, about 8 glass of water( that's about 2 litres) a day, 8 hours of sleep and don't indugle too much on alcohol. If you do follow these steps all the time and subsequent treatments, well what I can, you putting that glow back!!

Quit burning the candle on both ends, as my Mother would say. GET some SLEEP! In about 6 months of normal 8 - 10 hours sleep per night the circles will be gone.

Egg whites are good, and peel the skin from inside the egg and lay it underneath the eyes, you can feel it tighten like a facial mask, remove after 15 minutes with cold water, I also use this, in the frown area on forehead. The rest of the egg white can be used all over face and neck,
