it is a new long block everything is hooked up.al ground wires are connected. it acts likes it is dumping gas. i can unhook the injector wire on the right side of the engine and the vechile will run but it miss real bad. but if i hook it up and unhook the other one it will not run

Your distributor is probably 180 degrees out. To fix it just pull it up out and rotate the gear one half turn and put it back in. This happens sometimes because when #1 cylinder is at TDC it is either a compression stroke or an exhaust stroke. On the exhaust stroke the valves are open SO if you get it running it will run horribly and backfire like crazy. Hope I have been helpful.

Sounds like a bad or clogged injector. Could also be kinked fuel line or damaged wiring, try swapping leads and check results or test for signal, ensure fuel delivery to injector.

Also when running look down into throttle plate with flashlight and crack it wide open for a fraction of a second, you should be able to see the fuel spray equally on both sides.
