I saw The Dixie Echoes live in Waycross, Georgia and they blew me away. Some other standouts:

The Kingsmen (always had great musicians)
The Cathedral Quartet (best vocals)
The Neelans (amazing high 3-part harmonies)
The Florida Boys (Billy Todd on bass vocals)

Gaithers, Ivan Parker, Cathedral Quartet, Imperials, etc. love them all.
