i have been told, as i assume everyone else has too, that a diet rich in fish minerals, is suppose to be a good start for slowing down and even improving memory loss at any age.
one of the best peices of advice i can give though is talk to a doctor or , if u want several.
they would know of a suitalbe plan of action, weather it be medication or all-natural.

It is important to do things that will keep your mind active. Try new types of puzzles. The brain responds better by doing new challenges, but just being challenged will help.
