Seriously, stay active, read. Exercise your brain. I moderate some groups, and own one, plus have my own business. Learn something new each and every day.

i have been told, as i assume everyone else has too, that a diet rich in fish minerals, is suppose to be a good start for slowing down and even improving memory loss at any age.
one of the best peices of advice i can give though is talk to a doctor or , if u want several.
they would know of a suitalbe plan of action, weather it be medication or all-natural.

Write things down-
Then, eat healthy, exercise and take extra B complex if you need to. There is a saying that says if you always tell the truth, you don't have to remember everything you say. I knew a few more suggestions, but I forgot them after I turned 45!

It is important to do things that will keep your mind active. Try new types of puzzles. The brain responds better by doing new challenges, but just being challenged will help.
