I think it's all fine, except for the graphics card which lacks support for Shader Model 3.0 and it's not very powerful either, I know what you said but a far better choice is the 7600GT from nVidia, I'm a big time fan of nVidia so you might want to change your choice to a motherboard that supports SLi (as SLi is far better implemented and easier to configure than Crossfire). I'd go with nVidia and a SLi motherboard, that's the only change I would make. A 7600GT will run you about $114 after rebate (so it's the same price). Go with nVidia. ATi has been known to make less than stellar drivers as well, couple that with their harder to use Crossfire (I said harder... not impossible) and it just comes down to nVidia being far far superior.

You'll eventually have to get a card that supports DirectX 10 and Shader Model 4.0, those are due out later this year, so prepare to get a new graphics card in a year or so, despite what you might be getting now.
