If it is a function of x...then the answer is 1/x

If it is (g times h) times (x)...then the answer is 1

Wish you could clarify your question...

Stephanie

If it is (g*h)(f)...then it is 1/(x-1)

((x-1)/x)*(1/(x-1))=(x-1)/x(x-1)=1/x
1. multiply the g(x) and the h(x) together
2. simplify (the x-1s cancel out)
3. the answer is 1/x
