I think you should make this decision by yourself because you're the one who has to live with the consequences. Personally I think that due to the fact that you're asking the question gives the impression that you're not sure this is something you really want to do. I was always told, when it comes to girls, everything that is good to you is always good for you..

Do a taste test.
Finger her for a little bit and taste your finger when she's not looking. If it's fresh, then do it. If it's nasty, finish fingering her and don't go down on her.
