I think ,it is a fraud's work , how can I catch hold of him/her...
the product is bought in california ...
I have never been to california in my life though...
i was always in east US in my life
please let me know about this...i wud appreciate it thanx

Forget about the account... buy a super spy kit and go track down the dude that did this and demand for a refund unless what you elegidally (sp?) bought is super cool.

Have you ever bought anything online, catalog ect. Sometimes the place the where the company originates is what shows up as the place of purchase. Call your bank and have them help you track it down to a company name. Look up the phone number to the company and call them. Sometimes the bank can give you more info. You might want to close that account or put a fraud alert on it. Ask the bank what to do next.

You may never catch the individual so just report the error to your bank.

Well, shouldn't you ask you online bank? Probably, they'd be more useful than a bunch of total strangers.
