I do at least 100 army crunches or sit-ups at night (maybe 3 times a week). i know that this will not give me 'washboard' abs by itself so what other excersises can i do, and what foods can I avoid to hlep my get a flatter stomach? I know I have been building muscle because I can see the definition, but Its still flabby, and I want that gone.

Also I'm 16, so I don't drink. And I don't have a perfect body, believe me, I'm not one of those ppl who thinks they look bad even if they don't. I used to only be able to do 1 situp, but I've come along way, so tips would help a lot.

Aight. The thing about muscle building is not how many repitions you do, but the amount of strength you demand out of your workout. For example, if you were to curl a 5 lbs weight 100 times, you might build muscle, but you'll achieve a more toned look rather than increased strength. Same goes for any other targeted muslce. If you focus on repitions, you'll get a toned look. If you demand more strength out of your muscles, it will become stronger and grow a bit more. But the thing with abs is that they dont typically "enlarge" as much as other muscles do. So, some excersises I found that work for me are the following:
-V Sit ups (balance on your butt and basic perform a row boat motion; works the lowers abs)
-Bicycles (great toner and endurance builder; works mainly upper abs)
-Butt Ups (balance on back and raise buttocks off the floor, then raise legs towards the sky, but try to keep your butt off the floor; works the lower abs)
-Pie-In-The-Sky (lay flat on the ground, and simply raise your upper body like in a sit-up; works upper abs)
-Leg Lifts (again, lay flat on the ground and only raise your legs off the floor, and keep them above the floor; works lower abs)
Over all though, abs are a peculiar muscle group because it doesn't enlarge when flexed, but simply becomes harder. The key to getting that ever so desired "washboard" abs is cardiovascular workouts and proper dieting. Just dont over eat sweets, fats, and all that junk. For cardio, I say just run! Its fun, a challenge, and it'll boost your daily calorie needs, which is another way of saying: boosting your metabolism. Anyway, commitment is fundamental, but I'm sure you got that covered.
I wish you good luck, work hard, and enjoy the greater things in life! ^.^

running, jumping jacks, lifting random heavy objects.
pole with milk jugs on each end. Fill up milk jugs with water and you got free weights(or for very few dollars).
And crunches only somewhat build/tone your stomach and push-ups are great for the arms and back. But they can only do so much. You need a workout with all of these above. Also healthy eating is good, but make sure you get a lot of fiber, protein, and potassium(bananas). This will help build stronger bones, muscles, and clean out your system.

Do the crunches every night. It's not that hard.
Stop eating between meals, eat everything in moderation.
I think you know what to avoid, you sound pretty intelligent.
The only way to have cut abs is to get rid of a lot of the fat that's over the muscle.

Get u a set of weights and put them on your ankles and lift them toward your stomach. Do this every other day and build up to 100. Isotomics is a good way too...look it up on the internet, its a tightening method u can do by just sitting at school desk.

It sounds like you need to cut down on fatty foods in your diet. Once you reduce the overall amount of body fat your muscles will show through. Also try cardio - a good cardio workout will help burn off the extra fat.

I bet you look fantastic and just can't see it yourself. Try to accept who you are and love yourself. It doesn't sound like you could be doing any more for your body, so try enriching your soul.
