What could happen if your on your birth control and that 2 % chance of getting pregnant happens and you get pregnant. Could it cause a miscarriage? or if the medicine is just taken till u find out you are pregnant, it wont do any harm. I need real answers

The risk of miscarriage can be slim depending on what generation contraceptive pill you have........
If you accidently fall pregnant there is a high chance you will have a healthy baby

Yes you can get pregnant while on birth control. The percentage of protection is reduced when you don't take the pill at the same time everyday and if you miss taking it one day. I doubt that it would cause miscarriage, but chances of birth defects are very possible. If you think you may be pregnant..get to the dr and get tested. Then talk with your dr. about your questions.

If you get pregnant while you're on birth control pills, you should immediately stop taking these pills. These pills might cause miscarriage and damage to the fetus. Consult your gynecologist as soon as you've tested positive with a home pregnancy test.

Birth control pills do no harm to a pregnancy IF you stop taking them as soon as you find out you are pregnant...when in doubt see your doctor.

Theres a possibility for everything, but out of a hundred cases I heard of, none of them had birth defects. Even my friend who got pregnant and received 2 shots of depo. Her son is fine

There areno strict studies that I know of but I got pregnant while I was on the pill and I had a very healthy pregnancy and baby.

just because the risk is 2% it doesnt mean its a 2% baby if it happens! if the contraceptive fails to do its job that means at least one healthy and probably stronger than the rest that got killed, sperm got to the ovary and got u pregnant. in that case the baby is def. gonna be fine unless something else happnes like idk.. drinkin durin preganacy. but u already know that. all im saying is, there is no risk because of the pill.

not to scare you but, Ive heard of women who contiued to take their birth control pills after they were pregnant (not knowing) and it caused them to loose the baby. but im talking months of bc.
