Since you posted this in pregnancy I assume you are pregnant. If so that is colostrum coming in.. the colostrum phase of breast feeding is the highest in nutrition and antibodies for the baby. It will go away after a few days of feeding new baby :) Then your normal milk will come in.

Congrats :)

I assume you are pregnant?

The first milk that you get is called colostrum. It is yellow and thick and kind of sticky. Many women begin leaking colostrum during their pregnancy. You'll continue to have colostrum until 3-5 days after the birth when your milk begins to come in.

If you are leaking I'd suggest that you get some breast pads to wear in your bra to protect your clothing.

Your milk glands are forming to produce breast milk. The clsoer you get to having your baby the more they will leak. After birth they will leak when your baby cries and every other baby.
