Commas with Three Adjectives Modifying the Same Noun
When three adjectives modify the same noun, you'll often need to use a comma to separate the three adjectives. The following sentences provide examples of this situation:
The shy, tall, awkward boy and teacher argued heatedly about the Knicks game.
Her mother thinks of her as a immature, disorganized, chatty child.

The job calls for an imaginative, creative, intelligent manager.
all are coordinating adjectives describing the needed manager...usually after the 2nd adjective you would write " imaginative, creative, (and) intelligent manager." just to keep a better grammatical flow.

Imaginative, creative, intelligent are adjectives complimenting the noun manager. You are inserting commas as you do not have the interjection (and) in the sentence.

When there are a series of adjectives, only the last one is not separated by a comma from the noun. These are called coordinate adjectives.
Hope that helps!
