Start out with a set of weights and lift them every other day.
Try to do 100 .

do 18 reps of 3 set of any dumbell u can handle make sure you sitting and elbow r at mid thigh or standing making sure elbow is at waist don't forget to fleg up slowly
(ps for trisepts try holding on behind you w/ both hands and pull up slowly do same reps and sets)
