If you're worried, take a home pregnancy test, or go to Planned Parenthood or another clinic and have one done.

Having said that, it sounds unlikely that you're pregnant. Women with PCOS can have pretty irregular cycles and can also have fertility problems. What you are describing sounds a little like endometriosis. Endo and PCOS share some symptoms and it is possible to have both. I've included a link that tells the symptoms of endometriosis so you can see if it sounds like what you're experiencing.

Bottom line, if you don't want to get pregnant, use contraception. Having PCOS is NOT a reliable form of contraception because not all women with PCOS have fertility problems. If you do want to get pregnant, see your doctor. PCOS can increase your risk of miscarriage and other problems, so you would need medical care before and during pregnancy.

It could just be your body getting used to having periods. Nobody has a "normal" cycle and if you've had problems and only just started having periods it can take a while to adjust. I've never been regular but it's slowly getting better and I sometimes have periods like this.

(I bet any guys reading this are going "EEEEWW! Gross!")

If you think you might be pregnant get a test done though. If you are worried about this then go to a doctor.

P.S.Didn't you ask before about fertility treatment? If you are pregnant it looks like you won't be needing it!!! ;o)
