I have shaved my arms since I was 12 and my mom use to yell OMG your hair will grow back thicker. I am 34 and I still have soft blond hair on my arms and it didn't. I still remove it sometimes. It gets on my nerves. So on the arms not. Or maybe just mine didn't. I saw something on tv and they said shaving didn't make it grow back differently but it seems it does to me. Like my legs....
