First thing you need to do is learn how to spell. Ain't no way I'd take any of my pets to a person that can't spell. If they can't spell, it make me wonder if they read the right diagnosis to treat my pets.

College, Veterinarian, etc., actually

1. It's called COLLEGE, not COLLAGE.
2. It's a VETERINARIAN not VETRANARIAN

3. You go to college and get a Bachelor's Degree in the Sciences, like biology or chemistry.
4. You enter Grad School- Veteranarian School. When you are done, you take the boards then, go into practice.

You probably start learning on animals when you enter Vet School. Some people start early by working in a animal clinic or by observing vets at work.

To apply for graduate school to become a vet is very similar to medical school (at least in Texas):

College: degree in Biology or Animal Science with high grades in your science courses (A or B)

Entrance Exam: Texas A&M requires the MCAT (which is the same exam administered for medical school entrance)

Extracurricular: volunteer, shadow a vet - any experiences that make you more familiar with the field!

Two ways..
1) get a BA in Zoology, Animal Science, Biology, etc & then go to graduate school.
2) enroll into a pre-vet program at a university. then get your graduate studies done.
