We'll have to fly to where ever it is so an airport must be within 200 miles. It also must be a cool region as it will be summer time. Also can you suggest a guide company to go with it?

The American river near Sacramento Ca is easy to get to and has amazing class 4's. There are a ton of guide co's in the area all great and in good standing. Early summer has the best flow but good all year. Most companys take trips on both the north and south fork or a two day for both. Great time on the water. North fork has some really good 4s and a really crazy 5. I paddle all over the US and as for ease to get to, best accomidations, and great water the American river is second to none. Pluse a ton of other things to do when not on the water.
