Of course, not everyone universally enjoys performing the act, but I would assume for the same reasons a guy would like to perform oral sex on a partner - it is pleasurable and arousing to please and arouse your partner.

She may not enjoy it as much as she enjoys the attention she gets for it. She may have a low self esteem and that is an easy way to get guys to like her.
It could be that she knows that it is "naughty" and that in and of itself is a turn on.
Or she could just like the taste, but I doubt it.
